No, it isn't.
 Bags come when they get there, but I have always found that to be fairly fast. I am always fully unpacked, with everything stored, before muster drill. And, being disabled, I take longer to unpack than I used to, as I have to stop to rest after every 2-3 garments stored.

Priority delivery is just one of them.

 

 

I'm here to advise that the remaining 90% should not expect luggage delivery in less than 1 hour....regardless of the port....or how many ships are there.

David, I'm not 5 star, my labels do not say "priority" unless I am in a Neptune Suite - but my experience over many HAL cruises is that luggage is delivered quickly regardless of cabin category.   I wouldn't advise people to expect the delivery within an hour, but I can certainly relate what my experience is.

You are correct T8N.  There is no priority luggage delivery for 5* Mariners.  

 

Luggage is only labelled that way if you are in a Neptune or Pinnacle Suite.
