Pre-booking activities price reduction?

Been awhile since I've sailed HAL. Do they ever offer sales on the things you can pre-book? Example, Black Friday RCL had 50% off specialty dining few years ago.  I was able to cancel the package I already had booked and rebook under the sale price. Anything like this available on HAL?

We were on one of the 21-day Alaska voyages last May, and many (of not all) the shore  excursions were discounted 15% for one week.

The premium internet package is slightly discounted if purchased prior to boarding. And they do have some dining packages that save money for people without Mariner status.  I’ve never seen a ‘sale’ on prebooking for all.  Just a few discounts that were included in booking for shore excursions(10 to 15 percent).  . .

The Signature Beverage Card is discounted if you purchase it prior to cruising.
