TA Perks after onboard booking

Hi all when you book a on board future cruise while sailing on a Celebrity ship and receive perks,can you transfer

your booking to your own TA when you get home and receive further perks.

I think  I remember doing this years ago with royal.

Yes, you definitely can.  If you know the TA you want to use, Celebrity can add them to the reservation immediately when you book and you will still get all of your perks.  If not, you have a window to add a TA after the booking is made.

Yes, there is a 60 day window. Here is a link to the form Celebrity requires to transfer a booking to a TA:

Although we've not done so, I've read that it pays to call around to various TA's after booking onboard and see which might offer the best additional perks. We just might try doing that to see if the big box can be beat.

Yes I do it all the time.   Just remember that if your current cruise was booked via a TA future cruises will automatically assign the new bookings to that same TA unless you request otherwise and then they will have you sign a form.

 

Even though I always transfer back to  my same TA when I return home I have the reservations assigned to Celebrity at booking.   That way I can confirm with my TA that he will treat me right as always before giving it to him and does allow me to shop around if I want.
