Apex couples dinner question

There are two couples both booked there own cabin separate on APEX 

 

Both getting $300 OBC

 

 i was able to add them to  my reservations i made with the MDR options  for Cypress, Tuscan, Cosmo and Normandie

 

but would like to add them to our reservations at EDEN and a couple of other places.. but would like to use there OBC 

 

is it possible or should the other couple just try to make reservations at the same time as we do and then talk to them when we arrive ?
