HAL Eurodam Pinnacle Suite

I m hoping that you can help me answer some questions as person who was a loyal HAL cruiser in Neptune or Pinnacle Suites.  Over the last several years I have been blessed to sail in Penthouse suites on Celebrity.  The experience has been amazing compared to HAL.  Of course, the price reflects that.  I am returning next year to HAL Eurodam in the Pinnacle Suite on a charter.  Since I have been gone from the HAL suite experience can you answer the following questions, please:

1). Is breakfast still offered in the Pinnacle Grill or now in something called club orange?  I also hear that HAL sells “passes” to club orange.  That seems to diminish the suite experience.

2). Does HAL offer any additional perks for the Pinnacle Suite beyond a nicer bottle of champagne?

3). Does HAL offer any beverage packages for the cruise?  On Celebrity all premium beverages are included in the top suites.

4). Does HAL now offer unlimited high speed internet packages for a price?  In the top suites on Celebrity this is included.

5). Does HAL still allow you to pre-order liquor to your suite?  I recall that the prices were fairly reasonable.  Is that still possible to do?

6). Are there ny other Neptune or Pinnacle suite perks that have been added in the last 4 years?

I thank you in advance for helpful replies.  I have booked this cruise because it is a Charter that I want to take.  I completely understand that the Celebrity suite experience is much more inclusive, but I am hoping for replies that can give me information related to the above questions or any other helpful tips.

The big caveat to all of this is that your charter may have special restrictions as the cruise line plays by their rules for the duration.  For example, some music charters on Celebrity reserve Luminae for VIPs, so you don't get access even if in a suite.  You'll have to ask your charter group what will happen.

Breakfast is still available in the Pinnacle Grill for suite guests (only), so people who buy Club Orange will not be there.  Suite guests get Club Orange amenities for being in a suite.  Club Orange provides a separate dining facility on the two newest ships (not Eurodam).

This thread from last year has most of the "what's included" questions answered.  HAL does have beverage & internet packages but they're not provided with the suite.  Celebrity does offer an all-inclusive experience but the prices are generally also much higher to pay for it all.

On the Eurodam, you have the Pinnacle Grill.  There is no dedicated Club O on that ship.

Aside from the escort on the ship first (after HC) and course by course option in your dining room,  I don’t know of any.  I will say though, without it being obvious, you may see other subtle differences.

There are beverage packages you can purchase.  On HAL they are not included in the top suites, sorry.

I wouldn’t call it or Celebrity’s high speed as we have at home, but yes, HAL has a premium package that you can purchase.  It is cheaper to buy it before you get on board than on the ship currently.

Of course 😄. Just log in and go to manage your bookings and choose beverages and you can order whatever you want.  You can also order once you are on board if you run out 😉

I can’t think of any NS or PS suite perks that have been added other than the coffee machines in the suites and the Bose speakers.  I probably forgot something though 😉

I am ASSUMING that things are the same on a charter as they are on a regular cruise.  A CAVEAT - and a big one.  I was on Celebrity on a charter and what was supposed to be included in my suite was not.

I don’t think HAL works that way but I can only answer as a regular cruiser on HAL, not on a charter 😉
