We just book the Apex TA for next year. Got an email from Celebrity about booking restaurants. Noticed that they had a place for reservations at the 4 complimentary restaurants. For those that have been on the Edge, do you need to make reservations before or 

are they still available once you get on the ship?

i would make it now if you have a preference, but they can make changes once you're on the ship.

We didn't make any reservations in any of the 4 MDRs...either before sailing or once we were on the ship.  We had no wait time any night.  Not sure if it matters, but we usually like to eat dinner about 7:30pm.  We did make a reservation for Rooftop Garden Grill pre-cruise.

We  made ours already for our Nov APEX cruise.....selected our preferred time and fav mdrs,.   Also booked one night at Fine Cut and pre paid.

 

You can book onboard but on Edge some slots are  more in demand than others so you might not get your first choices.
