For May 30th & June 6th 2020 sailings, the entertainment pre-book has 2 comedy shows available.

1 in the Attic & 1 in the Main Theater.

I know the 1 in the Attic will be adults only, but is the 1 in the main theater for all ages?

Also, can I assume there will be a headliner show (not available for pre-booking.)?

Are there any other shows not available for pre-booking?   I know the Harmony had an extra Ice & Aqua theater show once on board that were not available for pre-booking.

The show in the Main Theater is usually for all ages.

 

Recent reports have indicated that Symphony does not have a headliner and has a movie in the Main Theater instead.

Just wanted to say that our entire multi generational group loved the all age comedy show on Symphony!    And if Mike is the CD he might even do some magic at the beginning!

The comedy show in the theatre that you see in your cruise planner is also an adult comedy show.  There will be a family show as well that you do not need reservations for.

That’s not how it was for our Symphony cruise in April..but maybe it’s changed?

It was for ours in March and it was the same way last month on a Oasis but given that it’s Royal differences do not surprise me.

Have been on Symphony the last three weeks. No headliner. There is a second ice show - iSkate - that doesn't require reservations

We have had a family comedy show in the theater during each of our last three weeks on Symphony.  It was around mid-week and no ressies required. This is in addition to the comedy club adult shows. The last night there is a late-night adult comedy show in the theater which you can make ressies for..

I wonder if the iSkate show is the same as it was on Harmony.

Each performer did a freestyle skate to their personal genre of music they like.

Yes - I skate is similar to Harmony.  Very good music and skating

Between Flight, Hairspray, skate shows, aqua shows, comedy club, etc... you won't even realize there isn't one😉

That’s what I initially thought as well however I would have expected to see that concept rolled out on Oasis post drydock yet that wasn’t the case.  In fact on the Christmas  sailing we had two different headliners and two bands in the music hall.  If anything they stepped up their game in regards to entertainment.

It definitely works well on Oasis class

 

a typical ship does not have the choices that Oasis has.

Music Hall was cool, the U2 band even did a late night Aqua Theater show

 

We had 2 headliners as well, and because of it, they moved Love & Marriage to 3 pm

Both the cover bands did a show in the Aquatheatre.  Beatlemaniacs and a Led Zepplin tribute.

We saw Beatlemaniacs up close and personal in the colony club on a TA

 

that was fun.

 

cover bands, non juggling comics, and aerialists are pretty much the only headliners I will commit to seeing anymore.

How does the laser tag work?  Is it like the bumper cars (on the Quantum) where you showed up and hoped you got in?
