Question about Comfort Suites - Nassau

For anyone here who has ever gotten a room at Comfort Suites in Nassau for use of Atlantis, I have a few questions.

Im assuming you get the room the day you are in port with a check out the day after, correct?

Also, obviously the room is not guaranteed to be ready when we arrive in the morning but if we opt to skip breakfast on the ship, can we eat the included breakfast at Comfort? Can we access Atlantis the day we are supposed to check-in to Comfort Suites but before our room is ready?

While at Atlantis as a guest of Comfort Suites, does that include Aquadvanture, the pools, the aquarium, etc or is this just beach access?

Thanks

You can check in, you can even check out at the same time. I do believe you can eat at the buffet. You will have access to everything, make sure you price it out with all of the taxes and fees which are usually higher then the room rate.

We looked at it when we went last year.  As mjkacmom said make sure you price it out with all the fees (make a dummy booking at expedia to see the total cost).  We ended up going with the ship excursion because by the time we factored in the fees, taxi to and from the island, and lunch costs there was only about $60 savings on the day we were going to go.  Seemed like too much trouble for $60.  Keep in mind that because of our professions we can only travel when schools are out so the hotel rates were at their highest.  If you travel when the hotel rates are lower I am sure you would save more.

We used the Comfort Suites a few years ago and just booked again to save money.  If there are 4 of you, definitely worth doing the price compare.   The additional fees are confusing but call the hotel and they go over it with you.  It's basically the rate you get quoted (which includes taxes and fees for the first 2 people) and then an additional $37.43 (total of those fees) for each 3rd and 4th person and also $40 for the 3rd, 4th "adult" (if under 16, no extra charge).  If 2 of your four are under age 16, it's definitely a savings.  We are saving $40+ per person versus the ship's excursion cost.  You just get off the boat and grab a taxi.  The hotel is right next door to Atlantis.  You "check in" but we just told them we weren't going to be using the room.  Most don't.  We got our wrist bands to gain access to the waterpark and then had the free breakfast before heading over (walking distance).  Very easy.
