Cancelling chefs table on cruise planner

I booked chefs table with my OBC a while ago, now as it’s getting close to the cruise I would like to cancel and use the on board credit for something else! I’ve tries to cancel on cruise planner but I’m getting an error message. Any ideas how to do this? Thanks, Dianne

If you cannot cancel by using your Order History, then call RC Customer Service.  They can cancel via the phone call.

If you are talking about your cruise on the 27th you may have to wait until you are on board.  There is a restriction on cancellations within the last 72 hours prior to sailing.
