Way to book a sold out cruise?

TAs need to return unsold rooms back to the cruise line  more than 30 days out so it's doubtful they would still be holding any  unsold inventory.

Did you try going on the roll call board to ask if anyone is thinking about canceling?

Be on the lookout for Guarantees and grab one.  There should be cancellations, especially with the concerns with illnesses.

Also, for our  upcoming February cruise, they show no availability but we have been asked to bid on a suite.  So there must be something being held back.

Thank you for all the ideas!

She called X and they said "all gone!"

We can keep checking but I think she might just book something else instead.

Appreciate the idea about adding to the room but not sure if me, hubby, and mom in a balcony sounds like much of a vacation 🙂

every room category can be bid on once you are booked. This is in case of cancellations

You need to check/call Celebrity daily.  As mentioned above, sometimes people must cancel.  We once called a couple of days before a silhouette cruise that we booked a balcony cabin on, and a sky suite became available.  This was before the move up program, we moved to the suite for a very reasonable amount-

Are you on the Roll Ca;ll for that particular sailing? Frequently members will post that they are cancelling.
