Where to stay for early am flight departure from Barcelona

After our cruise, we need a hotel in Barcelona for one night, and have a 6:25 am flight the next morning.  Are there any hotels with safe, easy access to airport transportation at 3 am?  There are 4 of us traveling.  Thanks.

There is a Best Western Aeropuerto with a shuttle to the airport.  We used it last summer and it was fine.  They had a great little restaurant as well

Shuttle may work at that time but I think it's more reliable to stay in the city and get taxi from there. Looking at 15 min difference at most. Taxis work 24/7. Taxi can be ordered from mobile apps or by calling. And of course from taxi stands. Can look for hotel near stands (but they are all over central Barcelona)
