RCI STILL cannot deal with Name Suffix

I had the same Jr problem.  The TA finally solved it.  C & A had Jr as a suffix to my name (the correct format)  and RCI had the Jr as a part of my last name.  So not a match when checking in.  It amazes me that they have different data bases.  Why isn't there a common file for all basic info, names, addresses, email addresses, etc?

Because that would be the intelligent, efficient way to do it.

And Royal's IT department abhors anything that is intelligent and efficient.

Oh, the First World Problems we put up with!  🤣

Let us know how you like The Key... I'm guessing you're not in a suite for this cruise?

Yeah, first time not in  GS.

On board, waiting for the muster drill.  They just announced it will be indoors.

The Key line for check in was shared with D/D+

The lunch was nice, a choice of 3 apps, 3 entrees, sides, and 3 desserts.   I ended up seated at a large table with others.  It resulted in some nice conversations.  And an invite to a wedding. 😄

I will see how disembarkation works.  They have a place to meet for Key priority.

Yes, and C&A system will NOT allow the Jr to be added to the last name.

Well DUH, that would make sense.  Have ONE set of tables with data on the person.
