Recommended Posts

I can only say how it works for the US site, but expect EU sites are similar.  Once you have your Voyagers Club number you can enter it into your MSC online account profile.  When you sign in on the website it will automatically give you the Voyagers Club 5% discount when booking.  Otherwise you will need to call and provide the Voyagers number to the booking agent.

Most larger online travel agents do ask whether you are a past customer but the Voyager discount is usually not automatically applied.  With most you have to call them and have it applied manually by giving them your Voyagers Club number.  My experience has been when you start taking these discounts they start removing the little TA booking benefits like OBC that were offered if you had paid full price.
