Taste of Royal

Recommended Posts

we had something similar for free as suite guests once.   its buffet style, with a couple of dishes that each restaurant is known for.. such as the Guac at Sabor.  lots of seafood and shellfish. so I went hungry( can't eat shellfish)

it was more enjoyable to have a chat with all the officers that came by to visit( and serve)

We were thinking about it, but we usually do most of the specialty restaurants anyway.

would we be doubling up on dishes?

only if you choose to do so.   they don't serve EVERY appetizer/ main that each restaurant has.     for instance, the pork belly bacon thingy from Chops was not served at the  taste of Royal Buffet I attended.

I have not been able to find any reviews anywhere on any site. Either no one has done this or just did not review their experience

The price dropped on my cruise to $34 so it is not very much more than the $22 for Chops so we have decided to give it a go. We are not doing any other specialty dining. I have it reserved for my cruise in 2 weeks. I will come back and do a review.
