Celebrity Apex Sea Trial

Looks like the Apex Sea Trial has begun.  There were a couple of delays - bad weather, dock workers strike, but now looks like she is on her way.  Should hear results soon.   Looks like she will be at sea for four days.

It’s only 8 weeks until our 4 night ‘pre-maiden’ voyage. Hope all goes well with the sea trials.

Me too! I've booked one of the caribbean cruises then. I haven't sailed on the Edge so my first time on this new class.

Exactly. When I heard about the bad weather + workers strike, I began to worry that our “taster” cruise will be cancelled....😰

There are 2 cruises before the 4 day cruise as well. So Apex will arrive in Southampton on 27th March (I think)

It is my understanding that "ours" is the 1st "revenue" cruise (the other 2 are "free" for travel agents, PRs, journalist, etc.), so if those cruises are cancelled, the pax invited are not at loss....
