Really? I am supposed to have a boarding pass that looks like this or is this just for Diamonds? Maplemoose,  I did my check in on line also.  Then we added the app.  Our boarding pass did have expedited arrival on it either.  Our daughters had it but she did her check in on the app not on line.  I fooled with the app today and the 10 th time going on edit checkin, finally the passport screen for scanning came up. I layed the passport down and held the phone screen over it and it magically scanned.  Now our sea pass says expedited arrival.  To some this may seem elementary but to us old timers it can be confusing.  That why I'm explaining it in simple language. Royals website can be so frustrating at times.  Sorry to get off course...back to the Harmony!

Great review so far!  Were  you by chance cruising when the hurricane affected cruises over Labor Day?  We were supposed to be on the allure 9/1 cruise

Nangelina, thank you for that. Doesn't matter if you are old timer or rookie, if the screen does not come up, what can you do?  😀 I will try your 10 try method and see what happens!

I was! We were on the Allure 8/25 sailing that got the extra few days. assume you rebooked? As much as I enjoyed being on board for an extra few days, I really felt for those impacted on the sailing 😟

Oh wow!    I just thought you seemed familiar.   Was probably following your posts when we were wondering if we were going to be able to cruise.   We ended up canceling and going to Aruba for the week. Using our FCC for the allure on 2/23 and can’t wait.  Have a great rest of your cruise and thanks for posting along the way.

Go to the app....click on the little people icon on top right corner.... 

 

 

 

 

then click on view set sail pass... you should see something that looks similar to this

Yes, I have it figured out now. Finally, see that I have to click on the pencil to bring up the passport scan screen. Now I just need to get it aligned properly. I guess the reason you have a colored sail pass and I have plain white is because you are diamond. For a while I was thinking it was something else that I needed. Thanks for taking the time and enjoy the week. 😁😁 TY too Nangelina.

that passport bar scanner is wonky sometimes. You may have to try moving out of certain lighting situations and different Camera distances. I had some problems as well 😊

WiFi has not been good on this sailing. Constant connection dropping. Photos also seemed really slow to upload, so I checked my speed test app to see performance over cruise history.

 

had free WiFi on Allure in September 2019, because we were in a suite. 

 

fairly certain I just had surf, and no surf and stream on symphony, March of 2019. But maybe I’m wrong 😐 will try a FaceTime call later. May need to upgrade.

Nope, those are just a bit low Stream numbers. BTW, I'm pretty sure you get Stream as the suite perk.

Cabana ticket and assignment was waiting in our cabin this morning.

not sure if given the choice I would have chosen a cabana in the middle of the pack, or in the back row, Which is where I think it’s located, but I’ll reserve judgement on the location for when/if I see it in person. Shore excursion desk said they are assigned as they are booked, so it is what it is. Maybe different for the over the water ones....

I can tell you that it tasted NOTHING  like the Labeled name of raspberry cheesecake. 😜

 

they must have gotten a bargain buy on gelatin, because literally everyone of the desserts looks like this, but in different colors. 
 

Tip.....save your calories for the cookies, which are decent, or the specialty, MDR, or coastal kitchen desserts. 

If you really have a sweet tooth mid day, Cafe Promenade has some great cream puffs

MDR dinner was excellent. Only wish it wasn’t 5 pm because it’s tough to catch a second wind after eating so much, escargot, French onion soup, beef tenderloin, carrot cake. 
 

 

 

 

 

 

Service was amazing. Efficient and quick, but not at all rushed. We were done by 610. 
 

we may go back tonight. 😊 Tomorrow we have Izumi hibachi. 
 

I usually  send an email to rcldining@rccl.com about 2 weeks before our sailing if we intend to eat in the MDR often. I provide all our linked reservation numbers and request a table by the window. They are almost always available to accommodate my request
