Gem Ocean View Cabin Questions

Looking at Gem on deck 5 for an ocean view with window (not porthole).  What cabin numbers would you recommend as far as noise level from deck 6 above.  Is it best to be under LeBistro (port side) or the bars (starboard side)?

 

What is the difference between the Family Ocean View with picture window vs. regular ocean view with picture window?  Is the cabin the same size but family has more beds?

According to the DECK PLANS, a "family" OV is more spacious than a standard OV.  Google "NCL GEM deck plans".
