Freighter cruise insurance - Grimaldi require a certificate of cover

Hi everyone,

 

My wife have a booking with Grimaldi / ASL for March. We have hit a bit of a snag with regards to insurance. They require that the insurance company issue a single piece of paper showing my name, policy and the repatriation cover. The agent who we are going through said they normally use IMG Global but their website is offline and their customer service say that all their systems are down and have been for o=almost 2 weeks and that they are not issuing any new policies. 

 

I have seen this issue mentioned on other threads on this forum, and i have posted there but not heard anything yet. So i thought I would start a new thread to see if anyone has any suggestions. Someone on a Facebook group to do with Cargo Cruises suggested Alpha Insurance but I am waiting for a response from them.
