Slow to disembark!

Words to the wise:  Give yourself tons of time when disembarking at Miami.  Riviera is running at least an hour behind today.

That's fine with us. We would get lattes at Baristas then relax in Horizons. It worked well when disembarkation was was slow on Marina in January. No same-day flight. No worries.

Lack of CBP personnel.  We are turnarounds and waited about 1.25 hours to clear.  We are in the city now so likely all is well over at terminal F. 😄

We are travelling on Riviera in March - how was your cruise?  Any reviews to provide all of us?

So far great!  Only issue is the mad rush for pool chairs mostly on sea days.  Deck crew has ramped up their efforts to keep people from reserving multiple chairs.  We have just decided to get up there no later than 0700 so as to get chairs.  Fabulous food and service.

Nothing anyone says or prints here will defray those from booking that infamous 10:30 flight out of MIA.

arrived at port at 2:30pm.  20 minutes from curb to ship - lines very short and quick moving.  Already had 1 bottle champagne and dinner- both excellent!  Looking forward to 12 days of relaxation.

Hello, Nachosdelux!  I love your CC name!  We were on the Riviera two months ago in the Caribbean.  It was a great cruise!  The food and service were great!  The captain was very funny.  Have a wonderful cruise and enjoy every minute!

thanks! My user name is based on my favorite food from Taco Bell when in high school.  That was a long time ago, and my tastes have since matured.  We were on the Riviera about a year ago and had a great time also.  We picked a good day to leave the midwest!
