? Royally glitch??

I am trying to see if there are any upgrades on our March 12 Ovation cruise. 
 

When  I log into Royal up and enter last name and booking ID- a message saying 

 

“Please ensure your sailing is within the next 30 days
Please ensure there are no errors in the information you entered“

 

All info is correct and we sail in 25 days. 
 

Ideas?

The 30 days is an estimate.  Some have theirs available earlier and some have theirs open later.

We booked directly and 28 days out and have the same message... I wonder if the ship is near sold out they don’t open the bids? Just a wild guess. So you are not alone if that’s any consolation 😎

No don’t worry, there use to me a moderator that would combine threads on the Royal up program so it would keep them together. Again no worries

You might it might not get a royal upgrade bid offer.... we just got ours for April 12 sailing two days ago. I think there are times we haven’t received upgrades at all. And we always book directly with RC

From what i know, not everyone is available for upgrade. If you have not received the Royal up email with the upgrade options then you will not be able to  get into the system.

I booked with my big box warehouse club and received 3 Royal up offers for our cruise. My son who was on the same cruise booked with one of the big box cruise TA 's advertised on CC and never received an offer.

I don't get the offers through email, but if I check here I can make a bid.  It needs to be 30 days before cruise.

If you have someone booked on your reservation with a different last name try their name with the reservation number. For some unknowable and probably goofy reason our RoyalUp offer went to my brother's email, even though the reservation was in my name.

How about this for goofy - I was able to place a Royal Up bid on a cabin in the name of a passenger no longer in that cabin - but couldn’t using either name of the current occupants.
