Confused Help Please

Hi all

We have always gotten insurance for each cruise as we go but now foresee more trips and are considering a yearly policy.

We are 78 and 67 very active and healthy 

We are on Medicare and we have a BCBS Medex policy

What company/policy should we be looking at?
