Already booked a cruise under my name, but it’s cheaper under my husband’s?

I had a “hot streak” promotion and booked us on a 5 night out of Jacksonville for $999.92. We paid it off immediately but I was able to upgrade us from an interior to an OV due to price drops. On a whim tonight I decided to check under my husbands name and the exact same cruise in the exact same cabin type (the cabin right next door to ours) is only $897.92! 
 

Has anyone else ever seen this or had any success in them giving the difference even as OBC? I’m feeling kinda dupped because I was made to feel like I got a special rate haha!

I hope you booked through a TA. If anyone can do anything it would be them. Usually once fully paid. That is it. However. I have had my TA put the difference into OBC. To cancel and rebook would cost you more.

If the hot streak is a casino promotion, that's probably why yours was more expensive. Just guessing.

In our experience- those casino promotions are not that great of a deal.  We have found that we can get the same price or less without the promo.  The positives are the perks you get with the casino promos, like "drinks on us" or casino cash.  In some cases the "drinks on us" is not until you qualify, meaning you can qualify without the promo. 1500 points in the casino, gets you "drinks on us" but only while playing.

If your "Hot Streak " casino rate was the same as mine, it also includes $500 obc. You can price match to your husband's lower rate but you would lose the obc. Not a good play in my opinion. 😎

It didn’t! Only $25 🙄. So I’d be losing $25 to get $100! Worth it! But they said they couldn’t do anything

All you need to do it call customer service and tell them. They will give you the difference in OBC. I received $200 OBC because my wife received a offer that was better than I booked under my name

Hi! I did call and they said there was nothing they could do because we’re past final payment date. He said the only thing they could do is offer me an upgrade for $350 more
