Coco Cay did you make it or miss it?

Missed it last November on Majesty, ended up in Nassau overnight but both of us got one day’s compensation towards our next cruise

Missed our one chance in March of '17.  No dock back then and we went into Nassau a day earlier so we got to walk around for half a day since we had a full day at Atlantis scheduled the following day.

Wow, some of these comments surprise me, I don't think I've ever missed Coco Cay, and most visits were pre-dock.  But, then again, I'm pretty sure I've never sailed Dec-March to Coco Cay.

Missed it too on the Allure cruise with you back in November.  Friends who were with us on Allure, stopped there on Friday with Symphony last week.

We are 3 for 3.    made it on the allure in January, made it on Grandeur last fall and made it last March too.

 

Seems like the bahamas and caribbean has been a ot windier this year than past years.    Anyone else notice that?

We always cruise the caribbean for at least 3 weeks in January and this year we had several days with high winds.     The cruise after us had the same winds the following week.

I thought having the dock was going to help lessen the misses. I am 1 for 2. We missed once when we were on a 7 night eastern and our only other port days were st thomas and st marten. That was a lot of sea days!

The Feb 15 Anthem sailing made it (on 2/20 I think).  Was a beautiful day.  Mariner was there as well.

We made it for a January Cruise-  Really enjoyed the day-  We rented a day bed and it was very comfortable.  Really didn't get any service-  We walked and got our own drinks.

Very crowded!! I was there early January and couldn’t find a lounge chair by the pool!

Here today on Mariner, Majesty also here. Pool always crowded even when it was just one ship. Lots of chaise lounges by the over water cabanas. Lots of cruisers here, but spaced out pretty good. Water is cold. Ha!

Made it.  Harmony, 11/10/19 sailing.  Absolutely gorgeous weather.

Made it in June 2019 on Harmony and loved it! Made it once in December on Mariner for another beautiful day.  We were supposed to go twice on the December Mariner cruise, but the waves and wind were too much. We actually watched the attempted “dockings” from our balcony that morning!
