Not sure, just over 500K seems about right.

3 bedroom SE corners almost never go to an outsider.

Wow, so cheap !!

I was thinking in millions of $, with such a beautiful view, and 3 bedroom SE corner....

My cousin has just sold her 1.5 bedrooms + living room in Tel-Aviv, dilapidated, 60 years old, needs a complete renovation, for 960K....

Bella is priceless.

I'm not sure that after your "declaration", John will come to your rescue if your ride will be "no show"....😁

He can house sit Belle while I am off cruising. LOL

She will be like, “my servants come and go”.

Are those cruise ships just hanging out there with no place to go?

Pretty much, a couple that were docked sailed south earlier tonight.

This is the first day I had the two Disney ships together from our balcony.

We have another rocket launch on Thursday afternoon. ULA 2:57pm

Sounds like they operate under CO-OP rules. Would I need to pass an interview with a board who would then vote to allow me in?

No CO-OP, just some antiquated rule. An owner has to match the contract. Some buyers try and use wording in the contract that is difficult to match. They have ten days to assume it. The HOA president will post an anouncement as soon as someone submits a valid contract.

We had to buy in as a 2 bedroom, low floor, with no view. And a year later we upgraded. One other owner wanted it as well, so they drew names and we won. The next door neighbor does have a priority over everyone else.

Sorry I was gone all day. Laura informed me yesterday that it would be a good time to clean out my crap.😱

So I tried to look busy all day, but there could be good news for those still joining in here.

I propose making up some grab bag boxes of Cruise Swag. I got the idea when I ran across two Diamonds in December water bottles. The USPS medium box is around $16. I can probably make 3-4 of them fairly full and lots of fun. Anyone interested?

I can't ship international, though. Sorry. Cost prohibitive and complicated

I won't seal them up until my quarantine is over. 😉

John, beautiful picture of the Disney girls! We started our cruise addiction on Disney Dream. One 3 day cruise on the Dream and we were totally hooked! Never looked back! We had some wonderful sailings on both of those ships in your picture before we decided to branch out a bit and try some other cruise lines. We love all of them, but Disney Dream was our first, so she will always have a special place in our hearts. ❤️

Anyone interested in the rest of the Compasses?

I think I posted through Day 4.

I have them all, but may be missing the evening insert for one day

Yes, please and thank you.

They are stunning as they have more of the traditional ocean liner  appearance.... Proportional lines, shear bow, twin stacks in line instead of side by side. They don't look like floating condos.

Not sure, just over 500K seems about right. We are many months away if we do.

The challenge is almost all condos down here work under a First Right of Refusal rule. The other owners can assume any contract. 3 bedroom SE corners almost never go to an outsider. And ours is really cool.😉

How big is the garage?  We have two cars and six motorcycles. We had three cars up until the last few months.

First cruise was on Disney and have always felt they have the best looking ships in the industry.  Their lack of a casino doomed them for us (wife may or may not have a slot machine problem).

I saw Harmony, the "mouse ship" the two Carnival ships, and the NCL Epic docked up yesterday in port.  They must come in for supplies...then back out to do the "cruise to nowhere" for awhile?

Hoping to see this launch...we were at Silver Springs (beginning and the end of that trip) during last launch.
