Love that view of the city and harbor from the hill. Looks like you had excellent weather.

Malaga in the Costa del sol is one of the warmest areas of Spain.

It was 65f when we were there in January.

I was there in February for work, we were staying in Catalonia. Ohh man, it was hot as hell. We were treating ourselves with cold wine and jumped in the swimming pool when we had a chance. I am not sure how warm it is on the coast line but its defiantly should be a bit colder due to the sea breeze n stuff and open space of cource. I would recommend wear a hat lol otherwise you will have high chances of getting sun strike

So it does appear that there could have been quite a few that cancelled.

I think an Oasis class cruise missing a thousand passengers would be very nice.

Those numbers seem about right.  We have done three Oasis Class crossings and always under 5000.  Oasis Class TA'S leave with 1500 - 1800 fewer kids,  Oasis TA'S are awesome.

@twangster.

Great photos of one of our favourite Spanish cities.

Adventure was home ported there in 2011.

Its a shame Royal don't have a ship stationed there now.

I prefer Malaga to Barcelona.

Adventure from Malaga was my 1st cruise in 2011. The next year we done the Ta to San Juan and that was the end of Malaga

 We also did plenty of cruises out of Malaga while Adventure was there .

The local Spanish guests onboard got the cruises for peanuts last minute and never spent any money once they were onboard , just sat drinking coffee all day , hence RCI pulled out of there .

1st October I was on. Immediately become an addict

We were due on again on November 2nd 2011 but got a phone call at our pre-cruise hotel from home telling us my mam had died so we went back home and missed the cruise.

FWIW, it's to painful to load real pictures, and I don't feel like compressing them, so just a few more tonight
