Mardi Gras Cruises for Nov 2020 Just Disappeared

Recommended Posts

Something up?  Those getting ready to be cancelled too?

Was just on last night, there was plenty of cabins available at good price on the Thanksgiving cruise.

Was going to add this reservation this morning.  And While I was logged in both cruises in November are now

off the website.

"Hopefully Carnivals website is experiencing a glitch..."

Back to the question at hand...

Anyone know anything?

Haven't heard anything, I was on the cancelled Oct 31st sailing, we switched to Feb 6th 2021, I pray we booked out far enough and this doesn't  happen to people again.

When they cancel the last time, the booking was removed from my cruise manager on the carnival website, would be curious to know if anyone on these non showing sailings are still seeing them in their cruise manager?

I am booked on the 28th of November and if it's cancelled I guess I'll be going to Disney for longer lol It is still in my Cruise Manager too. I am assuming those cruises are sold out

Is your November 28th sailing still listed/showing in your 'Cruise Planner/manager'?

That's a good sign, maybe the non showing are a glitch.

On another travel site, the 11/14 and 11/28 cruises are listed as "Sold Out". I'm not sure about the others.

As long as the bookings are in your cruise manager I think you're fine, they have been known to disappear and show back up at times, at least that's what I"m thinking.

I decided to call Carnival, they said no availability for any Mardi Gras sailings until Dec 12th. Not showing as cancelled, just no availability in any categories for 2, 3 or 4 guests.

The travel agent site shows them in the dropdown search menu, but they all come up as unavailable. First available sailing is December 12.

We were on the NYC sailings B2B. Until they made it official that the cruises were cancelled it remained on our planner.

Same here. Booked the Sunshine for this Halloween and the Mardi Gras for 2021 Halloween.

Carnivals web site only shows 2020 Dec 12 - 19 and the 26 for the Mardi Gras.

If the ship is sold out, it would still show up in the cruise managers of those that are already booked.

November 21st just showed back up.  But won't let you pick any inventory.   I suppose they are all full, but go on the website when something opens up.   Then maybe takes a bit to disappear.
