We're leaving tonight then they'll have the total of passengers. It doesn't LOOK full at all. I saw a number of open cabins a few days prior. MyTime dinner was busy last night though. Lots of excursions happening now so it will be interesting to see once everyone is onboard.

 

Embarking was very easy, just like in the US. They DID take our passports and will return at the end of the cruise. No casino open while docked here. No mention of anything regarding future cruises yet.

 

Our cruise is now staying only within the UAE so we shouldn't have any port issues.

Finished muster and heading to Abu Dhabi shortly. They cancelled Oman so we are now strictly a UAE only cruise.

 

Other ships in port will be here for a while according to CruiseTimetables site. A few were on long Asia reposition cruises that appear to be cancelled.

Thanks! This is our first true Royal cruise outside the US, and it has been great so far. I love the international dynamic with passengers and food. Carly has been a great CD thus far. 

 

Drinks are definitely flowing by the pool! Low number of kids on this one also.
