Cruise ships are being turned away all over the world.  Puerto Rico is welcoming them. All they are asking is that the local government receives the same notification about sick on board that the USCG already receives.

What San Juan did to Royal Caribbean by not allowing the Freedom and Summit to dock was BS. After everything Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines have done for the island.

We have taken 5 cruises out of San Juan and won't do a 6th.
