Carnival long hold time...

Wow, i'm on hold so I can change my cabin for my April cruise.  1.5 hours on hold so far.  Crazy!

I got through to my PVP to leave a message, but she's only responding to email.  I can't imagine what these PVPs are going thorough right now.  I'm sure they are beyond exhausted.

Well I finally got through and got a cool aft balcony for only $50 more than my regular balcony and a $50obc so it worked out great.  Total hold time was 2hrs 11min!

i got my price reduction from the online form, was sent back to me confirmed in like 20 minutes

My PVP likes me to email him with my questions and then he calls me as soon as he has the information.

Keep trying. I was on hold for an hour at lunch - had to hang up for a meeting. I started getting this same message after the meeting when I tried to call back, but now I have been on hold for 18 minutes.

Huh? Where can I find this online form?

 

I have a sailing for June.  The prices just dropped by about $150/person, so it'd be nice to get that new price without being on hold for hours.

As fluid as this is.

I don't think anyone expected no wait.... to the contrary I bet everyone a long wait. But, it's helpful for people to get an idea how long the  wait would be if they do call.

In addition to long hold times, I've found that the website is obviously having problems or overload -- whenever I try to access future sailings it takes me back to a login screen. Sigh.

I just called to check the status of a refund and got through in less than 3 minutes, so maybe they are starting to get on top of things.

This is the time that having a PVP is nice.  I left a voicemail and he called me back within a cpl minutes.
