Anyone else not received obc email?

We sail April 19th, paid in full months ago, but did apply for a price drop a couple weeks ago.

If the booking through Travel Agent they should receive it since March 6 then they turn around to forward it to you.  I saw on this board so I called them they forwarded it too me.  My sailing is April 18.

I believe you would receive one by now if you booked thru Carnival site.

Just saw one post Carnival has a NEWER REVISED CANCELLATION.  Stay tune.

Sailing May 9th and booked direct from carnival and no letter in email or spam.  Nothing yet.

Sailing May 31 and haven't received anything either.  My sister, booked in cabin next to us, got the same email (dated March 6), everyday for the last six days.  We both booked via PVP, directly after each other.

I booked through a TA and sail (I hope) in July. Got email on Thursday last week

I booked direct and have received no email.  When I emailed by Carnival Rep, she sent me to the link that is available on the carnival website which "mirrored" the letter.  Not sure why some did and others did not receive the email.
