Watching the ships leave ports

Just now I'm watching Summit leave Ft Lauderdale.  Many crew members were up on the open decks in swimsuits and shorts - looked like they were having a good time.  I hope this works out OK for them and the ones that stay on the ship can enjoy the areas usually off limits.

I was watching, as well as a Royal ship headed out of Port Everglades followed by the Summit. The crew that was lining the rails along the top deck looked relaxed so I hope they get to enjoy some of the facilities. I'm sure its been a very stressful time for them.

Captain Kate has been posting frequently from the Edge. It looks like they are making the best out of a terrible situation. They are letting crew us the staterooms has got to be a huge relief from their usual tiny quarters.

I saw that also.  Looked like 1300 crew were excited!  They sure deserve a break. Hope the other ships do the same for their crews.
