Booking Excursion through Carnival.com

Have you booked an excursion through Carnival before?  I know for the alcohol and soda package, you have to prepay, but since I've never booked an excursion through Carnival before, I tried selecting one and going to check out.  Since there's no payment requested, am I able to cancel it online through my trip manager at any time before the 48 hours prior to sail date?  Or will I have to call?  And will they just bill it to the onboard sail & sign account?  Or will it be added to what I owe on the cabin currently?

 

This is my 6th time sailing with Carnival, but my first time booking an excursion through them.  Thank you in advance for your responses!

When you book excursions online, you need to pay in full at the time of ordering.  You can cancel any time prior to sailing.  If you didn't get a page to check out, there is probably a problem with the website.

Interesting. I tried twice and it took me to a page to check out, but no payment was requested. I'll keep trying later. Thank you.
