Cancelled shore excursions

I phoned NCL  (UK)last Saturday to cancel prepaid shore excursions and requested refund. They cancelled no problem and confirmed amount to be refunded. I can see the excursions removed from my acct itinerary but have not recieved any confirmation email and monies still not credited back to credit card. Had anyone had any problems with this?

YES, you will need to open a dispute / chargeback with Visa / Mastercard!

I canceled mine on the 17th and was told that the credit would be back on my credit card in 7 to 10 days

Yes, I have the exact same thing.  I’m going to wait 10 days then if it’s not refunded I plan to file a dispute with my credit card.

I should say they said 7 to 10 Business days so that gives them until the 31st for me

I thought it might be 7-10 business days rather than just days.   I cancelled on March 9th so the 25th will be 10 days for me.

Following up .... I cancelled my Shore Excursion on March 9th and received the refund on my credit card today (April 5th).

I'm happy to report the same: cancelled March 9th and received refund on CC April 5th.

I canceled my excursions on the 17th and received the credit to my card on the 31st (so exactly 10 business days). It did take until April 3rd however to show up on my card. When it did show up on my credit card it said the credit was on the 31st.
