Booking Guarantee Question

I spoke with Carnival yesterday and she told me it was 200 pp, for the 5-day cruise. Maybe it's 250 for a longer cruise??

HarleyGirl, yes, that's it. The GTY booking has the same deposit as a specific room; deposits are based on length of cruise as well as where and when. Range from $50 (cruise to nowhere)-$500 (12+ day Europe)

oh sorry i didnt realize you were talking about a 5 day cruise. i just booked my 7 day this morning and had to pay 250pp that is why i was confused.:p

Twice we had booked a category 11 guarantee and were upgraded to a category 12. This year, I wanted to do the same, and my PVP said they weren't doing the "guarantee" on category 11 anymore. So, I let him pick a cabin for me, and he said he will work on the upgrade. We'll see......
