Generally, the terms don't make exceptions for coronavirus/pandemics, nor refer to offsets from suppliers (which are hidden to customers).

 

It's still double dipping though and should be debated - they're just relying on pax goodwill, or lack of knowledge, or time to spend debating it.

Office of Consumer and Business Affairs - that's what they are called in SA - it's a government consumer advocate kind of thing.

Yes spoken to them, it is a very grey area?  Comes back to the TA, so after all this is done and dusted won't be dealing with that TA again.
