I just got my FCC's for my cancelled voyages (Cancelled by Norwegian... not Peace of Mind). It's the total paid plus 25%. Was correct down the the penny.

When were you supposed to be sailing?

NO! And I’m super annoyed by it. I was sitting in a hotel in Miami 2 days out from my March 15 cruise on Pearl when the cruise was canceled. I emailed the casino dept specifically about my FCC. She told me I get 125%... wrong! Then went on to say the bonus cruise credit was $42?!?! I figured out she added my admin fee and cabin upgrade together and took 25% of that to come up with $42. Ugh... my bonus should be just over $350.

Forgot to mention that I’ve been told I must rebook by April 3... looks at calendar...

ouch , its like me driving to harrahs ac from va and when i got there the gov shut down the casinos that day no prior notice the day before . i was pissed 8 hour drive total back and forth ,  gas and tolls for nothing.

I was set to sail 3/15 on Encore with a comp balcony. Guests 1 and 2 were $623.06 each (includes admin fee, beverage & dining service charges, taxes & port fees, and pre-paid DSC). Guests 3 and 4 were 731.86 each for a total of $2,709.84 (an average of 677.46 per person),

In addition I won a Haven upgrade bid in the amount of $2,270.00 total (technically $1,135 each for guests 1 and 2, $0 for guests 3 and 4).

Total paid was $4,979.84, or $1,244.96 total.  As of today, my NCL account is shows an FCC titled “your 100% Future Cruise Credit” in the amount of $1,258 and change, or just slightly more than the per-person amount paid. In other words, guests 3 and 4 are receiving more FCC than they technically should and guests 1 and 2 less.

Would love to see the math on all of this - I have yet to receive an email regarding the credit. Also my sailing was supposed to receive a 150% credit per person, so I’m expecting another FCC to be added, or the existing one altered.

logged into my wife’s NCL account and she has $1.758.06, $500 more than I do. The number still doesn’t make sense when I do 150% of what was paid, with or without the admin fee, but it is close-ish.

I did use 2 $250 FCC certificates when I booked, maybe that’s the reason for the difference? The two original FCC certificates have not been refunded yet.

Same here. CAS cruise scheduled for May 1st. 100% FCC + 25% bonus for both of us in our accounts last night. The 2 CruiseNext certificates are not there yet, but will wait and see if they appear in the next week. The base FCC was not split equally between us, I received more (yay me!). The 25% bonus included the 2 CruiseNext certificates we used. All amounts are correct.

My husband received the FCC email this morning from NCL detailing his amounts. I did not get one. I think that's causing some people to think they only received part of what they were supposed to receive. It looks like the FCC is being split among all persons on the reservation, instead of only being applied to the person that paid.

My DH received his FCC email early this morning.  His MYNCL is showing the FCC and bonus 25% FCC amounts.  I haven't received the email yet and there is nothing under MYNCL yet for me.

His FCC is for the entire amount of $330 that is listed under his name.

Also another $82 of bonus FCC. Great, right?

And now here is where it gets strange....

Two CruiseNext certificates ($500) were under my name (still waiting for them to post back to me)

The grand total under my name is another $330, how do they compute mine?

Total of $330, minus 500 for CN.....and that equals a negative 170🤔

So question...first time dealing with FCC. I know the insurance is not included, but what about the admin fee? I want to rebook. Would I have to pay that again if I rebook and it’s not included with the FCC? What would I get in FCC?

Apologies if already answered as I didn't read every post, but the Admin Fee was part of my refund and included in my FCC which is in my account now.  I cancelled first day of Peace of Mind and I think it was two weeks for it to appear in my online account, a few days after I received the email from NCL about it.

  • Thanks 1

I'm still waiting for my FCC email.  My DH received his early on April 3rd.

I'm mainly concerned about the return of my two Cruise Next certificates.  Our cruise was to start yesterday so I was hopeful they would finally be put back in MYNCL today.

Is anyone else still waiting to receive their Cruise Next deposits back?

I’m waiting on two Haven cruise next returns from my March 29th sailing.  Still no fcc either.  Ta said to check back mid April.  husband received an initial email mid March with some pretty off the $ mark credits.  He also initially had a $250 cruise next put back in his account which all have since disappeared.   I think it’s just taking a while to get sorted out.  I was initially offered a 20% off rebook if done before 4/10.  I think that’s been extended till 4/14 so hopefully we’ll get the proper credits before that deadline. I think ours might be taking a little longer to process because I booked with (2) previous fcc’s and (2) Haven cruise next deposits.
