I called yesterday and they had nothing out of Bayonne, so taking a pass on it.

Casino Comp Chick, try again today. I just booked Thanksgiving 11/21/20 on the Anthem out of Bayonne. The representative I spoke with said there were many changes made overnight to the offer.

Both my wife and I are choice with about 25 points and have no offers.  I’m guessing there is a certain threshold that you must reach within choice to receive offers.

Offers start at 200 points ($1000 actually gambled)

DH and I each received the email with code 20SUN104.  I called the 1-866-578-3667 yesterday for some info and again this morning at 9:00 to book. I got through immediately each time. The offer was for a free interior cabin on any Caribbean sailing, any ship, any length.

We booked the 12-7-20 Anthem 12-night Southern Caribbean (which sails over DH’s birthday!). We were able to combine our two free interiors for one free ocean view. Then we upgraded to a balcony for $18 per person (and paid taxes of $154.13 per person).  We prefer a junior suite or a grand suite, but right now the only suites available are owner’s suite and royal loft suite, so I will keep watching.

You cannot use your balcony discount when upgrading, and you cannot pay the balance with FCC. Also, this cruise has a Pennsylvania residency discount, but that is not combinable either. However, I did apply 125% of my cruise planner purchases from our canceled Anthem transatlantic as OBC.  Also, I had $200 Visa rewards OBC on the canceled TA which is transferring over to this cruise as well.

I’m happy to have a replacement cruise to look forward to. I hope things are somewhat back to normal in December so that ships can sail.

I'm a little sad....both the wife and I got offers for Sept-Dec Caribbean sailings...mine was a free junior suite, hers what a free interior.  We are already booked on Dec 19-27 on the Anthem....but since its over a holiday....they won't honor the comps.

I guess a silver lining is they repriced it for me today as I had it booked and saved $1500

I just heard from a friend that she was allowed to book over Thanksgiving.  They must be only excluding Christmas and New Year.

That's make me more sad 😉

Silver lining....The Royal Loft which which had been available when I first booked isn't available anymore (which is what I would have wanted to move into with the additional discounting).

seriously?  my hubby and I are both Prime and our offers have literally stopped....

The mailings stopped....but the portal still updates with offers.  Since most Prime (maybe other teirs as well) offers are all close in sailings....it makes sense that the multiple emails per week plus at least once a week snail mailings would stop for a period of time since there are no close in sailings

Wow! That was an awesome deal....congrats!

We are also very happy to have a “replacement” cruise booked for September...we had to cancel our early summer cruise from Barcelona with our granddaughters but will rebook  it for next summer.  Our September cruise is something we are really looking forward to, and somewhat replaces the disappointment of our cancelled summer cruise.

We love to cruise and appreciate the comp offers RCCL extends to us. Comps give us an opportunity to fill the gaps in our regular cruising plans, and more to spend onboard and in the casino.

Our main land based casino brand is grouped with NCL ☹️ and as many offers as we have received from them because we are VIP with Caesars group, we have never sailed with NCL. We are staunch “loyal to royal” and hope they will re-emerge stronger than ever...know it will take awhile, but we have hope!

Keep the offers coming RCCL, we will help to keep you “afloat”. 😊  Also, an offer that includes European ports would be awesome!

Thanks for all the information.  I did not receive the e-mail but did check club royal offers and besides having $ off cruises I did receive 2 free cruise offers.  One is for the Sept-Dec interior cabin for the Caribbean but the other offer for Europe just tells me that it is for a free interior.  The Europe code is 20EUR1 and that it is for an interior.  No other information.  Would someone know the specifics for that code?

Tried to book Odyssey of the Seas and was told it's not available. Nowhere did I see the disclaimer in terms and conditions in the email I received. Bummer!!!!!  Also, if you book a Oasis class you will get a Central Park balcony.

I booked online, 5 minutes ago. After entering the info on the offer page and submit, it came back "Sucess" So I assume they will call me for the CC to pay the fees. I'll see. BTW I have sailed on RCCL sine 4/2017 and still got the offer for the free balcony and casino cash.

That's great that  you booked online.

I was responding to someone who asked about using a travel agent.  🙂

Our offer was for two Ocean view cabins and paid the $160 per cabin upgrade to get ocean view balcony. Did you check what the price difference was to go from central park balcony to ocean view balcony? Bet it's less than $160....we booked Harmony.

I just called to pay for my 13 December booking and while I was on the line I asked if my husband would be able to book a second cruise using his offer.  I was concerned that since the offer code was the same they would not allow us to book 2 separate cruises, but she said, absolutely.  So we will be booking another one using his offer code.

Our savings on the casino upgrade, going from an oceanview to an Owner's Suite was 41%.  Not as good as 2 years ago but no worse than last year so that's good news.

Hubby and I are both Prime and did not receive the offer 😞  Maybe because our last name starts with W we are further on the list.  Fingers crossed 🙂

We are D+ but that does not seem to be making any difference.

Just booked Brilliance for Dec 26, 2020.

It was literally the only cruise that fit within the offer & the sail dates we could go due to school schedules.

We upgraded to balcony & added 3rd person. This 5night costs me only $908. We have been sailing larger ships lately, so the Brilliance will be a change of pace (we have sailed Radiance & Jewel in the past & loved them). It is also much more convenient for us to sail from Ft. L or Miami, but could not pass this up.

Kelly, I can't thank you enough.  I got through immediately using that telephone number (which is not the "regular" casino number, where I was on hold for hours last week).  I upgraded my free interior to the same balcony cabin I have for the week before for only $209.  😄

I'm wrong again.  My apologies.

On a happier note, I called and booked Oasis September 13, with the same cabin I already have booked for September 6.  Crossing my fingers that this lovely B2B actually happens!

In my experience, "holiday exclusions" have always meant only Christmas and New Year's Eve.

I don’t think C&A status has anything to do with Club Royale offers.

100% agree. I actually have my doubts about casino status too. All three of us are Prime (son, dw, me) and we all got different codes. DS different (and better) than DW & I.

From what I’ve been told, the email and snail mail offers (called “monthlies”) are based solely on your wagering from your last cruise.  The more you play/lose, the better your offers.  I don’t know how accurate this is but that’s what one of the hosts told me.
