No idea on validity or details, but definitely one of the performers today

This says it happened at 1:15pm.  Not sure where though.  Saw a still of how close it came to people in water, scary!

I think I went to Harrah's the last time I was there...on the bay side?  In the late 80s (pre-kids, pre-marriage) I would rent a house in Stone Harbor NJ with several other guys.  We lived in PA and we'd drive there every weekend during the summer.  We'd often stop in AC either on the way down or on the way back.  I remember going to the Atlantis Casino which was previously the Playboy and subsequently the Trump Regency.  It had cheap tables, which was good for us low rollers.  I just looked to see who owns it now and found that it was torn down more than 20 years ago.  😲  I'm getting old.

Aren’t we all😳 Yes Harrahs is on the Bayside.  I saw the spot where Trump Plaza was, so sad.

Either tremendous pilot skills, a lot of luck, or both. Guessing more of the latter as he probably didn’t have much choice.

This article has video from a different angle.  @John&LaLamight be able to identify where it landed based on these videos.

But you always train for that situation. Of course you cannot practice.

But he did it picture perfect, letting the rear of the fuselage touch the water first , wings level and it just settles in.

Not a crash, just an off airport landing, just as Sully said.

Stay indoors the boardwalk will be freezing cold wind today I hear.      Happy early Anniversary.   I have a good feeling luck will be on your side soon.🤩

It was windy but we didn’t go outside, just to drive from Harrahs to Caesars.

I expected to see a much more crowded beach than what was shown on the video.    Good thing surfers weren't in the water.

Yesterday was much colder than today.    Hope your luck has changed for the better at Caesars 🙂

Well, we had a great dinner at Nero’s and they brought us cheesecake with a candle for our anniversary.  So I was happy with that.  I am used to making a donation to the casino😳

In the very early 70s,  DH and I spent week-ends at his business partner's beach front home in Brigantine never believing the billboards announcing gambling was coming to AC.

I understand the seating arrangement  was dictated by UK social distancing requirements.

Yes, 30 is the maximum for funerals at moment, and everyone has to be in their household groups or socially distanced and covid compliant.

Very sad and moving funeral

Today is National Mustang Day!  I can proudly say that I drove 2 today.

I’m a bit sad to say that my avatar photo is no longer mine after 9 years.  However, that being said, it is not the end of the world. It’s not a step sideways, but upwards from 500 to 760 HP.  The Storm Trooper is now under powered at 707HP. 😂

Pics to come in a few weeks. I need to do some cosmetic changes first.
