Nate and I started watching The Widow on Prime Video yesterday and binge watched it through this morning. LOL. I recommend if you’re needing something new to watch.

We took Sam to a new groomer this afternoon and I gotta say it’s the best cut he’s had yet.BEE787C9-C942-4D43-BED6-089FA50B2CA8.thumb.jpeg.e7d70a13fb96b32d8aa3dab6d6cad8fe.jpeg

Somebody just made me watch some Russell Crowe horror flick, Unhinged, and I definitely do not recommend that one. 🤣

How lovely. So sweet.

During the winter, we have some friends we always do a “couples date with”, once a month at fancy or “new to us” restaurant.  They were postponed for a long time due to covid, and then, she had a horrific car accident Christmas Eve.  Today, we are so happy to be having a meal out with them 🙂. Due to her walker and other issues, we won’t have the premo upstairs or patio seating, but it know it will still be a fantastic time 🙂

Pebble Beach Review, Saturday.

We woke and hit Starbucks before we headed off to another presentation with Jay Leno and Donald Osborne.  We have been fortunate enough to tour Leno’s garage the year previously. We were toured by a long time friend, who knew him from his first days in California.  Jay wasn’t there that day and again this day we didn’t get to say hi.  Still a very great presentation and helped to fill the back story for his love of automobiles.

I did have a quick chat with John Lassiter of Pixar fame and again Sunday on the Concours the fairway. He wasn’t really hiding in his Cars shirt, but he blended in with all in the crowd.

We ate lunch where the morning presentation was before headed over to the Concours grounds. Along the way we checked out the off site parking for Sunday. Space is limited for parking.

During journey we stopped at another auction, 1 for 3 for paid entrance.  We had some passes from Chubb Insurance and stayed for a few hours.

Seats with a view, drinks and snacks too.

Lisa, stop bidding.  Really, I mean it. If you have never watched a Gooding and Company auction you’d love the auctioneer.  Great English accent and sense of humour.

You can see the booms and cameras used for the TV and internet viewers at home.

This Ferrari caught my eye there. A coach built wagon.

This photo; the guy in the white shirt saying to his wife... “Why not dear, everyone needs a wagon.  Way better than a minivan”. I don’t think she’s buying his story.

We then had to walk what felt like miles, but it was downhill to Pebble Beach clubhouse. Way down there.  There where shuttles but it’s downhill. The walk back was tougher up hill.

Along the way many manufacturers had displays set up. We stopped here for a couple bottles of water.

The grass looked much worse Sunday afternoon.

Finally after checking in we reached the grounds, with show book in hand.

Out front of the Clubhouse on the putting green they had prototypes and a couple classics set up. This pics are from Saturday and Sunday as they were not there Sunday. You can tell by the crowd.

@singinalot Nate might like this one.  The line green flag is the placement tire of the next car to arrive.

Dinner with Bambie last night....and don't worry...that is turkey on our plates, not Venison.  😮😉

However not good news for the missing turkey. Now that explains the absence of the turkey that roamed your backyard.😲 Appears Bucky is patiently waiting for you to finish your food porn shot. 🍷

I was wondering that too.  Is there a limit to how many times you are asked to play Monopoly?  Sort of a "go to prison"...versus "go to jail"?  😮

Some go incognito by being in the witness protection program. 😉

LOL...yes he was...but he gets a kick out of it.  😉

Turkeys ended up getting sprayed with the hose awhile back.  They were getting way too aggressive and actually chasing off the deer and everything else.  Their "deposits" were gross.  Kind of like stinky, sticky, black tar.  The Deer poopies are much easier picked up...think Bunny raisins.  😛

Soo..they got the message and don't come here any longer...otherwise...it may have been wild turkey on my plate.  🤪

Can't someone get out of Monopoly jail with a new identity?  Probably not.  Too easy, sigh.

He did.  He was was another entity years ago, until most of us figured out he "reinvented" himself.   That is why many of us call him "Troy".  😄

There are actually a few on these boards that do that...but does not take long to figure out who they were originally.  😉

Me...I should reinvent myself from "Island Lady" to "Swamp Lady"....but not ready to do that yet, and no need to at this point. 😁
