He did.  He was was another entity years ago, until most of us figured out he "reinvented" himself.   That is why many of us call him "Troy".  😄

There are actually a few on these boards that do that...but does not take long to figure out who they were originally.  😉

Me...I should reinvent myself from "Island Lady" to "Swamp Lady"....but not ready to do that yet, and no need to at this point. 😁

So it's like the Witness Protection Program.

Agree. There's one on the Celebrity forum. Same style of posting and the selected threads he/she posts to.

Ahh...but the truth comes out...no matter what.  You can run, but you can't hide.  Or is it...that kitty that can't change it's spots?  😄

Last car post for the day.

The concours was celebrating 70 years of Ferrari.  With that they took over an entire fairway.

Over a period of time late Saturday this...

Slowly tuned into this. They were like bees buzzing a hive. I’d guess 50 rolled in like a pack, of all varieties and models and vintages.

No pressure on the driver unloading it. We didn’t stay to watch, but it was low enough to plow the rough.  No different than a snow plow on the road.

That was it for Saturday. We walked back all 12 miles uphill😉 to the Subaru and returned to the hotel. Ditched the car and walked to Old Fisherman’s Warf for dinner.

I think I explained last week about the fog that hung over Pebble Beach keeping it over cast and cool whereas it was sunny minutes away in Monterey. Every morning we left with a sweater, sunglasses, and umbrella and sunscreen, not knowing what to expect weather wise.

This photo shows that fog/cloud bank.

We retired early for a busy Sunday to come.  That’s it for a few more days.  Show pics to come and then Alcatraz to follow.

Who went to a nice seafood restaurant, literally on a fisherman's wharf, and ordered the steak?  Sacrilege.  😁

Oysters Rockefeller was my appetizer.  Lisa doesn’t not do seafood so we had to find a happy compromise.

It just started raining really hard here, which for some reason gave me a flashback to when I was young.  Families in my neighborhood would sit in their garage, on lawn chairs, and watch the rain.  You could see other families across the street.  Occasionally, the kids would run out in the downpour and get soaked.  Anyone else do this when they were young?

I hope your celebration is very enjoyable. For my 25th.anniversary there was a surprise party .For our 50th.my wife told our children please do not make us a party.Next year will be 55 for us.

The kids were planning a big thing before COVID hit, so we decided to go with a family only celebration.  There are 15 of us so big enough plus our priest friend is going to bless us, which we need!!!
