Nachicocom-Deposit Reimbursement?

Hi all! I had booked Nachicocom for our cruise, which was cancelled. I emailed them and they said they would reimburse us the deposit, but it would take 3 weeks. It’s been 3 weeks.


If you had a reservation, what is the status of your deposit reimbursement?

This is what they posted on their FB page


Dear guest,
Kindly be advised that due to the temporary suspension of cruise voyages we have automatically cancelled all reservations with arrival between March 16th to May 11th, 2020.

Refunds of bookings for arriving during the period of time mentioned above will be processed (This option is only available for cancellation requests received on or after March 12th , 2020. Send your cancellation or reschedule request to reservations@cozumelnachicocom.com). Refunds will take from 45 to 60 days to be processed. We apologies for any inconvenience this might cause and we reconfirm our commitment to refund all deposits as soon as we can.

Cancellations for bookings arriving after May 12th, 2020 Guests have the option to change dates for travel in 2020 or 2021. We will be able to honor your current deposit for a future visit (please let us know your reschedule information before June 30th /2020) but if you prefer to cancel your booking, the deposit will not be refundable.

Reschedule: If you want to reschedule your trip Please reply us with the following information:
• Current booking. Name and confirmation number
• Reschedule: New arrival date and cruise ship name
Due to a high volume of emails, please expect a slight reply.
