But I called yesterday and was on hold for 2+ hours and finally had to give up. So, this morning I called as soon as they opened at 0700 and still on hold again, It has only been 25 minutes but guessing this will be another 2 hour + adventure again. Rare shof515 Posted April 14, 2020 #2 Share Posted April 14, 2020 having done work on pbx (phone) system, the phone lines is working as normal. the problem is staffing. if the total number of staff to handle calls is low and there is high call volume, unfortunately you have to wait. I spent about 45 minutes getting rebooked for next May. So sad to miss my summer vacation this year, but kinda excited for my first b2b next May!
