Are we the only one who hasn't received refund?

I got the first partial refund (roughly 1/5) this morning for March 29 cruise. Not the full amount yet. Same question here - how many days apart were the refund chunks appear on the cc?

I received a partial refund on April 22nd and nothing since then.  Called RCCL yesterday and was told it was "In Process" and they couldn't give a timeframe on when I would see the rest of the funds.

After they cancelled our March 14 cruise after we arrived in Florida on March 13, we took the 125% FCC. Applied for it when we got home on March 30 and still haven't heard anything since that phone call. I can see why they are delaying the cash refunds but why so slow with the FCCs? We want to use it to book for next March but not going to book until we get that FCC.

I requested our refund on 25 March for a 25 April sailing on the Symphony. I received 6 refund transactions today which were posted on 10 May.  I can only figure out 2 of the amounts as the remaining 4 do not add up to any of the amounts on our cruise receipt summary.  I have all the paperwork from when we initially booked the cruise to the final payments.  We are still  missing approx. $2600.00 or 35% of our total amount.

No refund for the internet package or excursions that were pre purchased.

At least this is a good start.

Similar here. Cruise cancelled by them around March 13, refund requested around March 16, got taxes and deposit back April 19th but nothing since (final payment not refunded still).  Tomorrow I might ght call them and demand that back (Not that it will help) and cancel at least two more of my remaining three reservations.

Got the rest of ours this morning. Taxes and port fees got their own refund even though we hadn’t made a payment in that amount. Still the totals added up

I will rebook once cruising resumes, there is a cure, and prices come down...  I may be waiting awhile

I just got my full refund of an April 2020 TP.  It took 42 days for it to post to my credit card from the time I cancelled.  I think it was this early because I got my credit card company involved in disputing the charge.  🍷

My May 3 Harmony cruise was canceled by RC on 3/24 as well as a May 11 Independence cruise. Today I received in various credit amounts (for dining package, beverage package, port/tax and upgrade fee) and across 2 different credit cards the entire refund for my May 3 cruise. This refund was directly from RC without any intervention by the credit card companies. Haven't received anything for the 5/11 cruise yet but things are looking hopeful now. As far as the 2 Princess cruises I have, one canceled 3/12, the other canceled 4/14 both by the cruise line, I have not received any refund or other compensation from them. I have 29 cruises with Princess, one with RC so far. Needless to say, I am much happier with RC than I am with Princess.

Partial refund on my cancelled 4/27 Independence of the Seas cruise posted today all with dates of 5/6.  Cruise payment was split on 2 separate credit cards.   Both cards received several weird amounts of refunds.  Total refunds $9,000 out of $10,000 fingers crossed the remaining $1,000 will post in the new few days.

Received my refund today. Refund was requested on March 25th, so a total of 51 days waiting. The refund was in a total of five payments and added up to the proper amount.

For those who have had credit cards reissued, my initial deposit spanned three credit card numbers (account not closed but new card number issued) due to BofA account being compromised.

Update today. After not quite 60 days since receiving email confirmation of cruise planner items, today we received our refund. I'm not sure if it's coincidence or not, but this happened 2 days after I was contacted by RCI Australia via FB requesting my cruise booking info. Quite relieved!

I've had 3 cruises cancelled on me by Royal. With refunds being issued in partial installments with no rhyme or reason, it has been a massive pain in the behind trying to figure out what refund is for what cruise. So frustrated, yet relieved that refunds are finally coming. Going now because I have more math to do...

I only got a partial refund ($750) for my March cruise so far. The amount is the deposit I paid initially. Is your partial refund also the deposit amount or just some random numbers?

Update...I received the refund for my second room today...1 chunk on 1 cc and in 2 chunks on the other cc.  The refund for the other cabin received last week came in 2 chunks on 1 cc.  We canceled all paid cruise planner items prior to the cancellation of the cruise and got those back within days.  Cancellation to full refund took 51 days.  I only called Royal once after waiting 30 days and went through the casino royale line because that’s where I booked the cruise. The rep was super helpful and had no problem finding my reservations.  She also told me refunds happen in 3 phases and at the time I was in phase 1.  She told me phases 2 and 3 happen automatically depending on where you are in the queue.  She seemed to be knowledgeable.  It is so sad the way many of you are getting the runaround.  While I’m so happy to have my full refund, I would rather have been on the ship right now.  We are not planning to book anything until sailing resumes and these cancellations stop for good.

From time my TA put in for our full refund, we are now at day 57, only excursions have been credited.

Applied for refund March 25, received now 3 partial refunds for 3 RCCL-cancelled cruises. One cruise's refund is taxes/fees missing, the other 2 are missing parts of the cruise fare paid (we have no other expenditures like cruise planner). A total of some 600$ are missing. TA called and emailed, with no definite answers what and why this happens.

At least I know that my anger grows and grows.

We also will not book any more cruises until the monetary discrepancies are fully solved and reimbursed.

Got a refund this morning, am thinking it is for our 5/2/20 cruise, but none of the numbers make sense.  Two of them are the total amounts of our taxes and fees in total, three of them are for our total prepaid gratuities for both of us combined, and I have no idea where the other three numbers came from, but the total is not the total amount I paid.  Of course there is no indication for which of the 4 cruises I am being refunded, but 5/2/20 was cancelled by RCI first so it seems logical it would be the first refunded.  Will sleep on it and look at it again after breakfast, it is now 9 PM here, bed time.

Today I got more credits, looks like the 5/17/20 as one of the credits is exactly the total port taxes and fees.  None of the other numbers make sense, but with a previous credit I got for the prepaid gratuities it appears my total for the 2 cruises is a few dollars short of what I was looking for.  Wonder if I must wait until September to get refunds from those two cruises, 9/4 and 9/20, which were paid in full but cancelled 6 weeks before final payment date.

Not a thing back yet from my canceled 4/17, I let them cancel it on me and the next day I put in for the refund. Not trying to wait till June to get my money back, might start escalating with the CC company I purchased the tickets with.
