how do i access My Costa and my Cruise on website?

so i booked with Costa today on their 800 #. got my booking # and tonight i am trying to access my booking on their website but i keep getting error messages. does anyone know how to work this out? they are closed right now so i can not call.

 

it looks like several people have had this problem. what's the deal? how do you get it fixed?

It takes a few days before it's accessible. Had the same problem...too eager to get in. Try again tomorrow. ;)

yuppers, takes '24 hours' aka half a week for them to update thier website. its bassackwards.
