Princess Room Service Cream

On our Princess cruises we order coffee and cream to our room each morning before breakfast and I've noticed the cream is different than the cream in the buffet and dining room. The cream is thicker and more creamy (excuse the pun). I have tried to find a comparable product, including whole milk, half and half, and whipping cream, in our local markets in the USA but haven't been successful. Like many here, we have cancelled multiple cruises for 2020 and it would be nice to try and reproduce our vacation experience while we staycation this year. Does anyone know what cream Princess sends with morning room service with coffee?
