Fall season next.

Very well could be. Fall begins Sept. 22

We are still booked for Sept. 13 for British Isles...

getting more doubtful each day.

I don't see many cruises happening until 2021.  One of the reason for all the cancellations is no demand. 50% occupancy restrictions with 25% of those cabins filled is not going to happen.

So will Princess not contact us directly to inform us our cruise has been cancelled?  Thanks to the OP for this information.  We've received no notification from PCL - maybe we will receive something shortly.  We were on the Emerald to AK in September with a TON  of OBC/perks.  But honestly, I'm glad it's cancelled.  We were waffling as to what to do, but the decision has been made for us.  I was actually just as fearful of flying on a plane as I was boarding a ship.  We've been to AK several times, and she will be there for us when the time is right. 😢

Since Princess is protecting the commission to TA's for bookings that were paid in full shouldn't we get the perks promised (not their commission). I use a big box company and had a $900 OBC coming so shouldn't that still be paid to me when they get their commission?

Remember the default position is FCC.  You need to fill out the form if you want your money back.  I personally have no need for additional FCC.

Though the doubling is tempting!  Bird in hand?

They would probably just put our FCC's back in our account if we fill out the form.  It sounds like the original FCC is refundable, so what would we lose by taking their offer of doubling it?  I wonder if we have to put it on a specific cruise?
