Funny I make a bit differently 1 oz white rum 1 oz vodka 1 oz apricot brandy - peach schnapps as it’s easier to find 1 oz amaretto 2 oz orange juice 2 oz pineapple juice grenadine as you like - depends how sweet you want. I put in for myself very little. Edited May 8, 2020 by Stick93

Stick93 Posted May 8, 2020 #34 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Its funny when you google the drink there are many different recipes - I think I had someone tell me on the ship how hey did it, but have watched them also and seen each person making it a bit different. That being said - Its my favorite first drink until I get to Alchemy!

victory2020 Posted May 9, 2020 #37 Share Posted May 9, 2020 I make the drink I made for the cocktail contest that I won years ago: Cabo Wobbler tequilla blue curacao Midori cranberry juice Strawberry mix
Djptcp Posted May 9, 2020 #38 Share Posted May 9, 2020 Peach Bellini has become my favorite drink on Carnival and Holland: Champagne glass Peach nectar on the bottom of the glass (about 1 tsp) Fill the glass with Proseco Sparkling and sweet! I've also had it with a mashed strawberry instead of peach nectar.

The Alchemy Bar will make these as well, if you ask. cracked ice 2 fluid ounces gin 1 teaspoon simple syrup 1/2 fluid ounce lemon juice 5 fluid ounces brut champagne, chilled 1 slice lemon (optional) Chill cocktail shaker and glass (champagne flute or collins glass) in the freezer. Add ice to shaker. Pour gin, simple syrup, and lemon juice into shaker. Shake well. Fill chilled glass half full of ice, then strain cocktail into the glass. Top with champagne. Add a few fresh ice cubes to keep it really cold and garnish with a lemon twist. My new (and only) daughter-in-law introduced me to these. I LOVE her so MUCH!

Tcas1 Posted May 9, 2020 #41 Share Posted May 9, 2020 I liked the Alchemy Side Car 2 oz Hennessy Black Cognac .75 oz Patron Citronage (couldn't find so I used Cointreau) .75 lime juice (fresh) .5 - 1 oz simple syrup (depending on how sweet you want it) It's cousin the Side Car is also good substitute the cognac for spiced rum
