After submitting the form did you receive an email saying it went through?  I received your preference has been successfully submitted but nothing in my email proving it went though. Thanks

That was the only acknowledgment I received.  On a good note, I received my FCC  today and that did come via email. That was for my 3/29/2029 cruise. Still waiting for the 4/5/2020 cruise.  I have not received refund of taxes for either yet.... so, baby steps.

NO confirmation email, which I assumed I’d get. All it would take is a few simple lines of code to generate an auto response, but HAL doesn’t do it. So I called, hung on for a long wait and finally spoke to a HAL rep who said, “no, we don’t send emails.” Could they check for my request? “No, we can’t.” The only way you’ll know they received it is to fill out the form a second time, hit “submit” and THEN you’ll receive an auto response saying request has already been submitted. Shockingly unprofessional and worrisome.
