Hi! When you call the BCC phone # they provide the email address as part of their phone message. BLUECHIPCLUB@CELEBRITY.COM. Sorry for the caps, not yelling - it’s a copy & paste from google.

i hope this helps. 😀

I called last Friday. I was on hold for a hour and somebody picked up and the call dropped. Called back sat on hold for 17 minutes and call dropped. Called back sat on hold for an hour and 20 minutes and was booked on the Edge for New Years Week for fees/tips. Well worth the 2.5 hours for a $5500 cruise! I wouldn't trust waiting 2 weeks and them saying we have cabins left.

I got the email and submitted my preferences, no call back yet.  Can anyone confirm if they give you any perks (beverages, etc) with this offer?  Also, what is the cancellation policy should things get crazy again from covid?

It's also worth mentioning I checked off the "willing to pay to upgrade" box.. any idea how much this could cost me to move up to Aqua or Suite?

Thanks for any info -- this is my first time seeing anything like this.

We booked an offer a couple of weeks ago. Did the whole 2 hour wait to have the call dropped. I ended up calling right at 9 a.m. the next day and got our rooms booked. We received the second offer last week and filled out the form. We never heard anything, so I called and waited for 30 minutes today I was able to book our second offer.

Can someone post the phone # for Blue Chip Club?  It would be very appreciated.

Never mind, I found it.  But for future reference, the number is (866)461-7170.

I have a quick question on the Blue Chip offer. I called and booked a balcony on the Apex sailing Feb 13. The first room offered was a E5, infinite veranda with 50% obstruction. They also had regular verandas with a 35% obstruction available but I didn't think to ask if they had infinite verandas with less of an obstruction. I understand they may already be reserved, but do they typically have an infinite veranda offering with less than a 50% obstruction? I don't mind an obstruction but 50% seems like alot. The room is 6241 and I tried to look for photos of a comparable room on the Edge but have been unsuccesful.

Also, for those of you who have been on the Edge, do you prefer the infinite veranda or regular veranda better? I may call and see if I can be moved to a different room.

I appreciate the feedback!

Ok I will be the  guy to ask the question. Can someone explain what is the Blue Chip Offer?

We gamble on cruises and was just curious what everyone was talking about here.

any help would be appreciated.

Can't speak for everyone, but last week I got an email - completely out of the blue by the way - offering me a complimentary cruise.  I was quite surprised, as I play some blackjack, but I wouldn't have thought enough to get this offer.  I'm in the Onyx level (one level up from the bottom) in the Blue Chip Club.

Anyway, there were a fairly wide assortment of ships and sail dates to choose from.  There was a link to click, and they asked for your first, second and third choice of sailing.  I submitted it on a Thursday, Friday I got a booking confirmation for my first choice cruise, and 11-night on Reflection next February.  Monday, I got a call to confirm the details.

The only cost to me was taxes and fees.

Wow that’s great, we are ONYX as well. Wonder if it would pay to call Blue Chip Club just to ask? Or maybe beg? Thoughts. We didn’t get an email.

Couldn't hurt, people have said they have had long hold times.

I checked on Blue Chip Clubs online and the number does not match  the 866-461-7170. So I’m guessing this is a special number to call that you got after they called you back?

I found this number on the casino FAQ section. It states it is for the Fortunes casino.
