And this is why I think cruising will re-start as planned in August - there is too much momentum to open things back up, and if theme parks and shopping malls and restaurants and bars are all back to some form of operation by July, I can't see cruising waiting too much longer.

 

Again, I'm not saying it is right or wrong, just predicting based on observation.
